Right of withdrawal

You have the right towithin fourteen (14) days without giving reasonsto revoke this contract.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day,
on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier,has taken possession of the last item.

Exclusion or expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawaldoes not existorexpires, to the extent permitted by law, in particular in the case of:

• sealed trading card products(e.g. booster packs, displays, boxes),
  if the seal has been removed or damaged after delivery
• opened or unsealed products, where, after opening, it can no longer be ruled out that cards were removed, exchanged or manipulated
• Single tickets, provided there is no legally relevant defect

Your statutory rights regarding defects remain unaffected.

Exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by means of aunambiguous explanation(e.g. by email or post) inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation.send before the deadline expires.

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund youall payments, which we have received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs incurred because you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us),immediately and at the latest within fourteen (14) daysfrom the day on which we received your notification of cancellation.

We will use the following for the refundthe same means of paymentthat you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. This will incur any costs for you.no fees.

We can refuse repayment,until we receive the goods backor until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods – whichever is the earlier.

They have the goodsimmediately and at the latest within fourteen (14) daysto return to us from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline expires.

You will bear the direct costs of the return shipment.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to aunnecessary handlingthis is for the purpose of examining the condition, properties and functionality of the goods.
